Returns and Exchanges Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any of our products, due to being such a small team with limited production runs. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out which is why we accept exchanges if the customer is willing to pay for the return shipping fees.

If you experience the rare occurrence of a manufacturing fault*, we will replace the product and cover all shipping costs, once reviewing photos of the item.

*valid manufacturing faults that would be considered are issues with screen printing or stitching. This does not include natural variations that may occur in our fabric. The visibility of the embroidery backing is also not a fault as this is used in the manufacturing process and will naturally wear away over time.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us via email at hello@bymajozi.com within 7 days of your order being delivered/ collected with the Subject Title: RETURN or EXCHANGE and your order number.

We’ll try our best to accommodate your request, but please take extra care when ordering your items to try and minimise any unmet expectations.
